ACP Energy concentrates its operations in the Williston Basin, one of the most prolific oil-producing regions in the United States. We acquire and operate mature, PDP-dominant assets where our operational expertise can extend well life, reduce lifting costs, and unlock value that prior operators left behind.

Two operated portfolios totaling approximately 3,950 BOEPD across ~165,000 net HBP acres. Sourced through direct relationships, not broker packages.
Six Producing Fields — Western North Dakota
Conventional operated portfolio across six producing fields in western North Dakota. SWD infrastructure provides recurring income and eliminates third-party disposal fees. ~109,000 net HBP acres in the southern Bakken with significant infill potential.
12+ Productive Horizons — North Dakota & Montana
Multi-county operated portfolio with 12+ hydrocarbon-bearing reservoirs and multiple recompletion targets in existing wellbores. Lower lifting cost reflects operational efficiency. Geographic adjacency to Target A enables consolidated field management.
